These terms govern the use of the Dloop store and the purchase of products. By using this site you accept these terms.

Products and quotes

Prices are not published on the site. Price, availability, and delivery terms are confirmed by quote. Images and specifications are for reference and may change without notice.

Orders

We reserve the right to accept or reject orders, cancel quantities, and correct pricing or specification errors.

Warranty

Each platform includes a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Crash damage, water damage, loss, and misuse are not covered.

Responsibility

Drone operations are subject to local regulations. The customer is responsible for complying with FAA rules, AFAC rules in Mexico, UAEAC rules in Colombia, and other applicable requirements.
